Do you have black candle jars?

As I said in the previous post, black jars come from your wicks being too long. A liquid wax remover will help clean up your jars quickly and easily. Just dip a paper towel into the wax remover and wipe the jars clean, no need to rinse.

Wax remove is also a great if you have spilled wax on the carpet or your clothing. Test on an inconspicuous area to check for color fastness. Use a spoon to scrape away excess wax. Apply wax remover liberally over the soiled area. Allow remover to soak for five minutes. Remove any leftover residue by rubbing the spot with a fresh soft cloth moistened with wax remover. Repeat if necessary. Wipe clean and dry with a fresh, soft cloth.
